Like the reviewer said, it’s top ten material for sure…, but only if you a fan of great melodic metal. Excellent songwriting, vocal work and arrangements. Something tells me that I’m gonna love this shit as much as “The Revenge” by the Allen-Lande project.

Warrel is the man, though I prefer his voice in the heavier, more aggressive stuff of Nevermore. Listened to this album once, and while I love his voice, I just couldn’t get into it – though some repeated listens may change my mind.

I know what you’re saying. I thought it was a little draggy on first listen. I wanted some faster, heavier songs. But it grew on me really quickly.

At first I was rather disappointed with the album, but after a shitloads of listens, I’m leaning towards agreeing with you about it being a possible top 10 release. Ton of great songs (Favorites are Brother, Patterns, Lucretia and August) and have to admire the dude’s voice even more.
