I wondered, because Immolation is NY. Does it often combine breakdowns? I hear one in this tune, which i like because it is groovy.

Frank, while the backing vocals on the re-recorded version of Drawn by Blood are similar to Gallagher’s, they were done by John Collett, their former vocalist :)

NYDM, combines massive grooves/slams coupled with furious blast beats. Some of the slams harken back to NY hardcore with grooves created to incite massive pits in a live setting.
