I like them both for some of the same reasons and for some different reasons. I’m leaning toward this one right now, but obviously, I’ve been listening to it a lot more lately. I agree about the female backing vocals. They didn’t really pop enough, but they were still a nice addition.

I’m really enjoying this album. One thing you brought to my attention was the female backing vocals on “Tale of Mathias”. Longer songs and a slightly more serious outlook suits these guys.
