An update from Michigan death-thrashers NOCTURNAL FEAR, newly signed to MORIBUND CULT: “Necromodeus (Chas Schoals) from the Satanic Beer metal Band Summon (MI) has left the band and now is with Nocturnal Fear (Detroit, MI). Necro has been with the band for one year, playing bass and backing vocals. We have written a ton of new music, recorded a demo six months ago, and are in the studio NOW!!! All music is complete, but there was a snag in the session…Warginder, singer of Nocturnal Fear, was released from his duties on vocals, and Necromodeus has taken his rank as head commander on vocals and bass! Three more songs to do on vocals and this masterpiece of death-thrash will be complete. The new album is titled Code of Violence and will be released on none other than Moribund Records.”

“The artwork was done by Craig Holloway; this man is a genius and a killer artist! Chris contacted Craig, he knew of his work, and Craig was totally stoked about doing the artwork. He sent a sketch in like a day; we gave him a couple of ideas and, boom, there it was – fucking killer!! Some work of his is on the links below. The recording is taking place at the TEMPER MILL in Detroit where Sterilize and Exterminate was recorded. The engineer behind this metallic warfare is Tony Hammera, lead guitar player of the unholy trio Fatal (Detroit, MI). If you dont know who this band is, you should really do your homework! Fatal was from the early days of the ’90s, maybe late ’80s – killer death-thrash metal band!!! Tony has been great to work with, he is simply amazing! But you will have to hear this shortly when the cd is released!”
