GARY MOORE dies

Guitar-legend Gary Moore was found dead in a Spanish hotel room on February 6th. He was 58 at the time of passing.

With definitive signs of alcohol use in the hotel room, speculation soon arose that the Irish guitarist had chocked in his own vomit. Official sources have yet to confirm the cause of death.

Besides known for his lengthy solo career, the Gary Moore was part of Thin Lizzy and shared the stage with other great names as well. Through his music and playing, Moore has been said to have been an influence to the likes of Kirk Hammett, Zakk Wylde and Randy Rhoads (among others).

Bad for You Baby, released in 2008, became the artist’s last studio album.
